News: US Customs and Border Protection to increase its ISPM15 enforcement as of November 1
As you will see in the press release the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) beginning November 1st will increase enforcement and cadence of penalties when it finds invasive species and incomplete ISPM15 markings. The CBP appears to be fully within its charter to take this action with shipments coming into any US port. Please see the following link for the press release.
